Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchased on a catalogue wide sale, can be exchanged but cannot be returned. You may receive store credit once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
Changed your mind? No worries. You can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your bag at care@zamanaofficial.com , and we’ll happily process it. (But we’d love it if you ordered again – just saying!)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: For damaged items, we can arrange an exchange free of charge. For returns, the ₹250 charge will still apply.
Can I return a bag after trying it on?
We do not offer a try-on option. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days. Please ensure the bag is unused, has its original tags attached and is in its original condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A standard exchange charge of ₹350 shall be charged for exchange of products.
Refunds
A standard delivery charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the purchase value. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
